Update = FAIL

I love this app and using it has been very helpful for my diet. However, the latest update is a huge step backward. The app now requires a working network connection before it will load the food guide, whereas the previous version did not require a network. Now, if you dont have a good network connection, the app will just freeze up. This is a huge FAIL for app architecture, especially considering how useful this app is (or was…) when traveling and needing to look up foods not normally part of your diet. Except that now, if youre out of network or otherwise dont have good mobile data service, the app is useless. This is a huge disappointment considering that the app used to work all the time.
I suggest not purchasing or updating this app until theyve fixed this bug.
