Good for what it is
This app is good for what it is, which is an Australian low FODMAP food guide. It does not always have equivalent or matching American products and is by no means comprehensive. However for whats in there I find it to be a very helpful guide. It utilizes an easy to follow traffic light system (red for high FODMAP content, yellow for intermediate and green for low). I especially appreciate that they rate different portion sizes. Its updated sometimes when new foods are tested. My complaint is that its not entirely user friendly or intuitive, and its so expensive. However, that said, I think its the best and most accurate FODMAP app available.
