I wanted to track my symptoms using the food diary. You can only choose from their selections or recipes. I wanted to put in gluten free oatmeal... Not available. I am already familiar with fodmap and following it. I wanted to add stuff back and track symptoms, but it seems useless since I already have things I know I can have. I dont find it useful, then to be limited to their choices. I cant recommend this app. I do find helpful that it breaks the triggers up specifically bc I seem to have problems with the oligos mostly, and I can avoid them more readily knowing which trigger is in each food.
