5 Stars for info, 4 Stars for app issues
The info in the app is great, I appreciate that they are constantly testing new foods to add to the list. The diet is extremely confusing at first and the app can be confusing because of that. But once you get the hang of it, its so helpful. My complaints have to do with some bugs in the food diary section. (iPad) It would never register my end of day journal entry for the first day only. And entering in my own food/recipe was also confusing. There isnt much explanation as to how that works (is it a communal database?), many repeated items, unclear. Originally, I didnt want to pay that much for this app, but finally did when I realized Monash is where the FODMAP stuff originated and most importantly where they TEST food (not just make assumptions based on observations).
