Ignore the naysayers... App is great
I was shocked to see negative reviews of this app from the university that created the Low FOD-MAP approach. When I read through them many of them seemed to not understand what this diet entails. This is a way of eating that helps you avoid foods that are hard to process. One reviewer claimed the app was full of discrepancies because a ripe banana is verboten while an unripe banana is okay. Um. Ripe bananas are high in fructose which makes them a high fodmap food while an unripe banana has less sugar and by definition is a low fodmap food.
This way of eating has changed my life. Im grateful for the app and think you will be too if you take effort to learn its purpose.
